NOC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our team in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our clients, working independently to resolve technical issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

• Receive and respond to incident and information request calls from clients, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, using expertise in Cisco IOS, Linux, and Windows Server operating systems.
• Communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring seamless troubleshooting and resolution.
• Prioritize and escalate support based on client impact, demonstrating problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA protocols.

• 1-3 years of help desk experience, with a preference for CCNA certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in multitasking in a high-energy environment.
• Experience with network devices and latest technologies, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
