Position Summary:

Nextiva is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Partner Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this capacity, you will act as a project leader responsible for managing our extensive suite of demand generation services tailored for our partners. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring these services are effectively planned, executed, and evaluated to stimulate customer interest and support our partners' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Oversight: Manage the delivery and execution of Nextiva's demand generation offerings, ensuring they are well-defined, implemented, and aligned with partner objectives.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide top-notch demand generation services. Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
  • Quality Control: Guarantee that all demand generation initiatives meet exceptional standards and achieve the intended results. Assess and analyze service effectiveness, making data-informed adjustments to enhance performance.
  • Partner Engagement: Liaise with partners to comprehend their requirements and offer the necessary support and resources for their success. Maintain transparent and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine the scope, execution, and management of demand generation services based on performance metrics and feedback. Implement best practices to elevate service delivery.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate periodic reports detailing the effectiveness of demand generation services. Utilize data to monitor progress, identify improvement opportunities, and make strategic decisions.
  • Vendor Relations: Cultivate relationships with third-party service providers. Negotiate agreements, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, marketing, or a similar role, ideally within the Telecom or SaaS sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting. Proven ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Capacity to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster positive interactions with team members, partners, and vendors.
  • Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adjust to evolving business needs.
