We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Sales Process Owner within State Street Global Advisors' U.S. SPDR Business.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this capacity, you will collaborate with a diverse team comprising marketing, business intelligence, and sales professionals to ensure that high-quality marketing campaign contacts and leads are efficiently delivered to the sales team. Your efforts will focus on:
- Ensuring swift and appropriate action on marketing campaign contacts and leads.
- Driving revenue by managing lead flow and providing insights about prospective and existing clients.
- Analyzing demographic data, assets under management (AUM), client tiering, and investment trends.
You will also be responsible for leading the continuous evolution and standardization of the sales lead process through:
- Training new sales team members on Salesforce and developing onboarding content.
- Creating an ongoing education curriculum for Salesforce and sales lead management.
- Partnering with investment specialists for pre-campaign launch preparations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners across marketing, research, national accounts, capital markets, and sales. Regular participation in joint meetings with marketing and sales leadership will be essential to present campaign follow-up status and results.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of investment experience.
- Demonstrated success in supporting the ETF business.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex topics clearly.
- A positive attitude and strong team orientation.
- Current securities licenses (Series 7 and Series 63).
