Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a detailed marketing strategy that encompasses company-wide tactics and execution plans.
  • Create marketing campaigns focused on return on investment, influencing the design of landing pages, copy, layouts, and sales funnels aimed at conversion and upselling.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing activities and schedules, including website content, social media, digital initiatives, editorial features, case studies, white papers, sales tools, and promotional materials to support corporate marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing team members to produce campaign assets.
  • Utilize both internal and external resources to execute online strategies, including search engine optimization, keyword research, search engine marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Review Sites, etc.) with a monthly budget of $10,000 to $20,000.
  • Monitor expenditure and suggest adjustments to paid advertising programs as necessary.
  • Analyze and refine campaigns based on performance metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and implement various types of experiments and A/B tests, measuring their impact and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Establish and enhance tools, analytics, and reporting mechanisms as required.
  • Link marketing campaign performance to revenue generation, report results, and adjust future strategies based on insights.
  • Plan, organize, and manage events such as trade shows, customer and partner gatherings, industry conferences, and sales training sessions.
  • Participate in budget planning and assist in budget management.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in technology or consulting sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and drive initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various departments and senior leadership.
  • Proficient analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to uncover trends and insights.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to problem-solving, learning, and growth.
  • A continuous drive to enhance product adoption and explore new revenue opportunities.
  • A willingness to experiment and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable collaborating across product, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to launch impactful campaigns.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to discuss various campaign performance metrics.
