  • Create and maintain KPI dashboards to measure success across all channels.
  • Prepare executive summary reports, presenting visual and data insights to leadership.
  • Formulate strategies to enhance user engagement and interaction.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, technologies, and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees, vendors, and customers regarding digital channel processes.
  • Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Ability to create digital channel strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics; familiarity with other reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies, including budget allocation and opportunity assessment.
  • Proven experience in conducting qualitative user research and usability testing.
  • Strong organizational and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Educational Background

A bachelor's degree in statistics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), digital culture, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
