The Brand Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in overseeing marketing and social media initiatives with a proactive approach and a keen eye for aesthetics. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse background in various marketing disciplines, including visual design, communication strategies, branding, online marketing, and social media engagement. This individual should be motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of thriving both independently and as part of a team. They will not only implement plans efficiently but also contribute to their development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and create both print and digital marketing collateral and proposals.
  • Demonstrate expertise across a broad spectrum of marketing areas, such as visual design, communication, branding, online marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate RFQ/RFP submissions and lead discussions on project viability.
  • Continuously propose innovative ideas to enhance the firm’s marketing and business development efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for Design Award submissions, make recommendations, and prepare submissions accordingly.
  • Formulate and implement an advertising strategy to advance marketing goals.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity both internally and externally, managing brand assets such as logos and promotional materials, and overseeing the visual presentation in office spaces.
  • Coordinate project photography and devise marketing strategies for both ongoing and completed projects.
  • Oversee website updates in collaboration with external partners.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and graphics within the Architecture, Construction, or Engineering sectors.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A strong sense of design and aesthetics.
  • Experience in developing promotional materials, reports, presentations, and business communications, with a proactive mindset towards marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with team members and colleagues.
  • Experience collaborating with senior management on critical business projects with minimal oversight.
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple proposals, projects, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
