Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: Flexible hours, approximately 24-27 hours weekly
Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour
Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center, a prominent provider of voluntary adult substance use treatment services, is in search of a committed and meticulous Part-Time HR Coordinator to enhance our team. This position offers the opportunity to acquire practical experience across diverse HR functions while supporting the operations of the Human Resources Department. Core Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Employee Data Management: Aid in the management and reporting of employee information.
- Training Coordination: Support the organization of training and development programs.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support for benefits management.
- Employee Engagement: Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Compliance Assistance: Support compliance and documentation activities.
- Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and benefits management.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- Prior experience (internships, part-time, or full-time) in an HR or administrative capacity preferred but not mandatory.
