Overview of the Position

The Air Force STEM is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior-level Supervisory Management Analyst role within the 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW), Management Operations (OM), focusing on Manpower and Personnel (OMM).

Key Responsibilities

As the Chief of the Manpower and Personnel Division, you will serve as the Senior Personnel Advisor for the 711 HPW. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the management of the OMM Division, ensuring effective personnel management and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Directing and coordinating the activities of the Division to meet the needs of our Human Resource programs.
  • Managing a diverse range of HR initiatives, including staffing, performance assessments, and training programs.
  • Implementing and supervising corporate programs within the 711 HPW, collaborating with the Wing Personnel Policy Board.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with the AFRL Center Senior Functional, executing delegated responsibilities effectively.
  • Enhancing collaboration across various organizations to optimize resource allocation and support mission objectives.
  • Identifying and developing cross-mission technical programs that address the needs of the warfighter.
Work Flexibility

This position offers eligibility for telework opportunities in accordance with agency policies. However, remote work outside the continental United States is not permitted.

Qualifications Required
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Registration with Selective Service for males is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday.
  • Specialized experience of at least one year at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
  • Strong communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, foster consensus, and resolve conflicts.
  • Capability to mentor and develop Human Resource technical teams.
