Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Addison Group. As the backbone of our operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our consulting professionals, ensuring their productivity and success.

This is a part-time role for 6+ months, with benefits available. If you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to multiple individuals, handling tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, and vendor/client interactions.
  • Manage appointments, calendars, and meetings with precision and efficiency.
  • Process expense reports and invoices, and assist with other administrative processes to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate domestic and international trips, ensuring seamless travel logistics.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, office events, and special projects with ease and efficiency.
  • Provide front desk reception and office operations backup coverage as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an administrative/operations assistant, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Fluent in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), travel, and expense reporting applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, dependability, and punctuality.
  • A proactive self-starter mentality, capable of managing a wide variety of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
