Position Overview
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist/Service Coordinator to join our Seattle office. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support inquiries
- Generate support tickets for customer requests
- Identify and escalate issues to the Helpdesk team
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
- Utilize basic computer applications effectively
- Communicate efficiently with customers, technicians, and sales personnel
- Schedule service appointments
- Achieve monthly service performance targets
- Monitor and report trends in customer inquiries
- Direct calls to the appropriate resources

Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems is advantageous
- Experience with Unified Communications for business
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
