Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Professional Care Match, LLC. as a Home Health Aide. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Assist clients with medication management and ambulation.
  • Help with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.
  • Prepare meals and assist with physical therapy exercises.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents.
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Caregiver or personal care assistant, with CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and perform job-related duties.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Compassionate and supportive attitude, with a willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
  • Must complete all Covid-19 training and follow protocols put in place.
