  • Promote patient participation in their own healthcare journey.
  • Adapt to evolving situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and complete mandatory training sessions.
  • May undertake responsibilities of a Medical Secretary as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or relevant experience in the field.
  • National certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dermatological procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong professional communication abilities.

Experience:

Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience in a dermatology environment, with knowledge of EMR and scheduling software.
