Job ResponsibilitiesThe Culinary Service Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchen areas. Key duties include:
- Ensuring floors are swept and mopped to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Cleaning work surfaces, including tables, walls, and food prep areas.
- Managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness of garbage containers.
- Assisting in the transfer of supplies and equipment as needed.
- Supporting banquet setups and front-of-house arrangements.
- Helping with the loading and unloading of supplies.
- Distributing necessary supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
