Position Overview

The Division of Management Services (DMS) is actively seeking to fill the role of Executive Staff Assistant. This position will be based at our central office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support for administrative operations and services across the DMS.
  • Coordinate and facilitate special projects and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain databases and tracking systems.
  • Manage electronic calendars and ensure timely and accurate processing of communications.
  • Draft documents as required and deliver comprehensive administrative support for the Division.

This role involves interaction with various public officials, including high-level executives and representatives from other state agencies.


Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary ranges from $42,952 to $79,144 annually, accompanied by a robust benefits package.

Salary will be determined in accordance with the Compensation Plan and relevant administrative codes. A probationary period is mandatory.
