Contract Duration: 18+ Months

Role Summary:

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all Civil Works activities and ensuring financial oversight through effective Scheduling, SP/ASP, and Quality Management on assigned projects. This role requires adherence to both Client standards and regulatory requirements at all levels. The Construction Manager will actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and will engage with various stakeholders, including Service Providers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage charges in accordance with the approved site design.
  • Ensure that only approved materials are utilized in the project.
  • Enforce compliance with Civil Works guidelines and schedules.
  • Participate in coordination and progress meetings to maintain project alignment.
  • Conduct on-site supervision, particularly in high-risk areas affecting customer performance.
  • Perform safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Address Civil Works challenges as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate site activities to ensure all disciplines are aligned with project objectives.
  • Drive project schedules and troubleshoot issues as they occur.
  • Verify that Service Providers and vendors meet all technical specifications.
  • Ensure quality workmanship in accordance with contractual and Client standards.
  • Uphold safety guidelines and construction procedures throughout the Civil Works phase.
  • Conduct site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction evaluations.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for project management.
  • Provide technical support to Service Providers and other involved suppliers.
  • Manage material deliveries and report any discrepancies in performance or quality.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with civil design plans.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities with Service Providers and related disciplines.
  • Lead teams with a focus on quality and project outcomes.
  • Manage claims, orders, and material returns.
  • Maintain and update construction-specific documentation.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in project builds involving multiple sites. Reports to CM3 (Lead) or IM Lead.
