Role Summary

TekWissen LLC is a prominent workforce management provider, recognized for delivering exceptional Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions to service providers globally. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all site acquisition processes and related activities for designated projects.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures by all service providers.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including ASP principals and customer site acquisition teams.
  • Engage with internal teams such as IM and CPM to facilitate project success.
  • Conduct audits of site files and review RFDS documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Coordinate with architecture and engineering services as necessary.
  • Manage the submission and tracking of landowner notifications and consents.
  • Facilitate regulatory approvals, including zoning and building permit submissions.
  • Monitor service provider activities to ensure adherence to contract specifications and milestones.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer representatives and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in site acquisition or related fields.
  • Possession of a Real Estate license, Law Degree, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience managing site builds involving over 200 sites is advantageous.
Training and Certifications

It is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that personnel possess the necessary qualifications and certifications to perform the work described. This includes any required training and refresher courses.
