Site Acquisition Manager I

As a Site Acquisition Manager I, you will oversee all aspects of Site Acquisition and related activities for designated projects. This includes everything from propagation modeling and RF design to the acceptance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Your role is crucial in ensuring that all Service Providers comply with established processes and procedures, while also measuring progress against predefined baselines and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Interfaces:

External:
ASP principals or leads, Customer Site Acquisition
Internal:
IM, CPM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate activities with Service Providers and other disciplines interacting with the Site Acquisition team.
Manage all site acquisition tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Site File audits
  • RFDS reviews and feedback
  • SOW review or preparation assistance
  • Coordination of A&E and/or design services
  • Evaluation of engineering requirements
  • Preparation of submittal documents (LL and regulatory)
  • LL Notification (preparation, submission, and tracking)
  • LL consent (preparation, submission, and tracking)
  • Regulatory approvals, including zoning and BP or EP submissions
  • Identify and manage all tasks necessary to secure NTP
  • NTP handoff to the services delivery team
  • Assist civil work and installation teams with LL or regulatory agency interactions, including site access and design modifications.
Monitor Service Providers' activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and milestones for Site Acquisition.
Address Site Acquisition challenges faced by Service Providers.
Ensure adherence to agreed implementation schedules and guidelines.
Prepare regular progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Participate in coordination and progress meetings.
Maintain quality standards for Service Providers in line with company expectations.
Foster positive relationships with Customer representatives and all project disciplines.

Coordinate activities to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives across all involved disciplines.

After receiving the baseline from the CPM, monitor and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure accurate record-keeping of all Site Acquisition documentation and data in Site Handler. The Site Acquisition Manager - SA1 should possess strong knowledge and skills.

Identify and resolve complex issues requiring careful analysis by adapting existing procedures and methods.

CONTRIBUTION TO IMPROVEMENT:
Actively engage in improvement initiatives and changes.
Work independently with minimal supervision.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with site builds involving over 200 sites.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE), Real Estate licensed professional, or Law Degree with certification as a legal practitioner.
Reports to SA3 (Lead) or IM Lead.
