Position: Site Acquisition Manager I

Overview:
As a Site Acquisition Manager I, you will oversee all aspects of Site Acquisition and related tasks for designated projects. This role encompasses everything from propagation modeling and RF design to the acceptance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance of all Service Providers with established processes and protocols.
  • Measure and report progress against established baselines, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate activities with Service Providers and other disciplines interfacing with the Site Acquisition team.
  • Manage comprehensive site acquisition tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Site File audits
    • RFDS reviews and feedback
    • Preparation and review of Statements of Work (SOW)
    • Coordination of Architectural & Engineering (A&E) and design services
    • Assessment of engineering requirements
    • Preparation of submittal documents for Landlord and regulatory approvals
    • Management of Landlord notifications and consents
    • Regulatory approvals, including zoning and building permit submissions
    • Completion of all tasks necessary to secure NTP
    • Facilitation of handoff to the services delivery team
    • Support for civil work and installation teams in obtaining site access and design modifications.
  • Monitor Service Provider activities to ensure adherence to contract specifications and milestones.
  • Address Site Acquisition challenges faced by Service Providers.
  • Ensure compliance with implementation schedules and guidelines.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Participate in coordination and progress meetings.
  • Maintain quality standards in line with company expectations and customer requirements.
  • Foster strong working relationships with customer representatives and all project disciplines.
  • Align activities of all involved disciplines with project goals and objectives.
  • After baseline data is provided, monitor and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Site Acquisition documentation and data.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in site builds, specifically with over 200 sites.
  • Possession of a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license, Real Estate license, or Law Degree as a Certified Legal Practitioner is preferred.

Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues through careful analysis, adapting existing procedures and techniques. Demonstrated capacity for independent work and active contribution to process improvements.
