Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Santa Barbara. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for MarBorg's exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls and inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Greeting visitors in a welcoming manner and directing them to the appropriate department or contact.
- Taking and conveying accurate messages with precision.
- Providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Customer Service Team.
- Performing basic filing and record-keeping duties.
- Assisting with customer orders for service starts, stops, changes, exchanges, repairs, and payment processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- An excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment, including printers and phone systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
