**Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
  • Welcome and escort visitors and contractors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and welcoming to clients and colleagues alike
  • Tactfully receive and handle email, telephone calls, and other requests from various stakeholders
  • Distribute daily mail to staff members efficiently
  • Scan physical documents into digital files and maintain them for easy retrieval
  • Assist with company events, customer visits, travel arrangements, and expense report preparation

**Requirements:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • U.S. Citizen or permanent resident status

**Compensation and Benefits:*
