Administrative Assistant to Executive Director

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director of our Task Force for Meaningful Change. As an integral member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our executive's schedule and tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including expense reports, donations, and paperwork
- Provide project assistance across all TFMC committees
- Maintain databases of key data points for TFMC committees
- Collaborate with Finance on managing funds and tracking expenses
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a creative environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
