Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in directing the maintenance and operations of our buildings, ensuring seamless performance and optimal functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the maintenance and operations of our buildings, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize building performance, reduce energy consumption, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex building-related issues and troubleshoot problems.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or building management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and operations, with a focus on infrastructure management.
  • Proven track record of success in directing and supervising teams, with a focus on performance improvement and cost reduction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
