Senior Associate - Infra. Technology Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infra. Technology Specialist to join our team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Deskside, EUC technology, Network, server, SCCM, Active directory technology, and excellent communication and delivery skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical instances, preparing reports from ServiceNow, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, and serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. They will also play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Breakfix, digital desk, SharePoint (centralized services), and other services for Research users in the office.
  • Prepare, image, and build PCs, laptops, configure and troubleshoot PC and manage end-user hardware and software issues.
  • Experience on Mobile platform, MDM, support iPhone and iPad issues.
  • Manage Support on hardware, shell swap, printer, server, racking, and stacking experience.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and share with the client and Client leadership.
  • Handle critical incidents such as P1/P2 and communicate to stakeholders proactively.
  • Point of escalation for issues related to the site outside of the Lab environment.
  • Hardware, network, infrastructure, etc. Hands-on experience in server, network, storage, backup technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in handling Life science environment/client and experience in GXP, GMP environment.
  • Possess a strong technical background in End user computing, Deskside areas.
  • Being primary point of contact for the site and proactively communicate to stakeholders and high-profile users.
  • Demonstrate expertise in maintaining and managing open invoices.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in integrating SharePoint with other enterprise applications.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have experience in implementing SharePoint governance and security best practices.
  • Be capable of developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system improvements.
  • Have a track record of successfully managing technical projects.
  • Show ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
