As an Office Representative, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads for new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products and services to effectively communicate with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the State Farm Agent team to achieve sales and service goals

**Requirements**

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Property and Casualty license (must be currently held)
