Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrator to join our team at the University of Southern California. This role will serve as a champion of quality, patient safety, and high reliability, driving initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organization-wide strategies for quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical performance enhancement.
  • Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor operational risks related to quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate the identification of quality management trends and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize data collection, reporting, and management.
  • Verify compliance with all quality and risk-related requirements, registrations, communications, and reporting obligations to regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field.
  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in hospital management with recent performance improvement experience.
  • 5 years progressive leadership experience as an administrator in an acute care environment.
  • Certification in healthcare quality or equivalent.
  • Registered Nurse - RN (CA Board of Registered Nursing) or other clinical license.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ (NAHQ) certification required within 6 months of hire.
What We Offer

The annual base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $363,105.00.
