About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory, building relationships with recognized experts and prioritized stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize new business opportunities with health service providers
  • Be accountable for deep understanding of products' clinical efficacy, articulating a value proposition for the customer, providing product support/information as needed, and achieving individual sales quotas
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
  • Build trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong recent experience selling launch product preferred
  • Strong track record of sales success and experience developing, implementing, executing and measuring success with account plans
  • Ability to work in a virtual and field-based environment
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000 to $87,500, as well as opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on company and individual performance. Additionally, we provide a company car or car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible paid time off.
