Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales and marketing software.
