Executive Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Perform complex administrative tasks, handling confidential matters and information with discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between our executives and various departments within the company.
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate business meetings, report progress, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate time records.
- Arrange travel, book flights, hotels, and car reservations; experience with travel booking platforms is an asset.
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports in a timely manner.
- Draft and edit outgoing emails and memos on behalf of our executives.
- Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned, including tracking expenses and preparing expense reports.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles, supporting C-suite executives.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask, and ask for clarification when needed.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, organizing daily workloads based on priorities.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
