Strategic Partnership Development Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM) to join our team. As an SRM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with Enterprise partners. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, channel sales, and outbound sales strategies.

Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers at partner firms, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our business and deepen relationships with Enterprise partners, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute onboarding strategies with large enterprise clients.
- Account Management: Develop and refine partner firm launch programs, creating customized training programs, assets, and activities to support client success.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to map complex partner organizations, developing deep expertise of their inner workings to drive value for our customers and revenue for our business.
- Communication Skills: Leverage templated resources to create custom account-based marketing strategies and materials, effectively communicating with key partners.
- Customer Support: Provide timely support to customers regarding technical integrations and potential platform issues, ensuring seamless experiences.
- KPI Tracking: Set partner KPIs, monitor progress, and report on success, running quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to forecast channel revenue.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to ensure successful connections and integrations across Pontera and client systems prior to Enterprise launches.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in key account management, channel sales, and/or strategic partnership management required
- Former Financial Advisors: A background in financial services can be beneficial for this role
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, high EQ, and ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative Team Player: Ability to coordinate internal stakeholders and gain buy-in
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, creative, and opportunistic, with a sense of urgency and persistence
- Project Management: Strong project management skills
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Compensation: $150,000 base salary, OTE dependent on experience
