About the Role:

  • You'll be responsible for identifying and developing high-priority partnerships with technology platforms, driving revenue growth and expanding our reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex deals, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • Elevate existing partner relationships through key milestones, upselling additional products, and promoting our solutions to new customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of closing and growing large partner relationships, exceeding $1m ARR.
  • Strong communication and internal relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with product, implementation, and commercial teams.
  • A strong business generalist with a strategic mindset, able to build a holistic partner program and individual relationships.
  • Prior experience in payments or B2B technology is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary range of $143,424 - $231,144 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Additional compensation in the form of equity and/or commission.
  • A comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
