Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We're Plaid, a fintech leader empowering individuals to take control of their financial lives. Our mission is to make the financial ecosystem more equitable, and we're seeking a talented Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
- You'll be responsible for identifying and developing high-priority partnerships with technology platforms, driving revenue growth and expanding our reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex deals, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
- Elevate existing partner relationships through key milestones, upselling additional products, and promoting our solutions to new customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of closing and growing large partner relationships, exceeding $1m ARR.
- Strong communication and internal relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with product, implementation, and commercial teams.
- A strong business generalist with a strategic mindset, able to build a holistic partner program and individual relationships.
- Prior experience in payments or B2B technology is a plus.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary range of $143,424 - $231,144 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Additional compensation in the form of equity and/or commission.
- A comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
