Strategic Partnership Development Manager for Alexa Enterprise

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our Alexa Enterprise team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and innovation through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive partnership strategies with leading hospitality companies to bring new experiences to customers.
- Foster relationships with CxO level leaders in those organizations and serve as the voice of the partner to shape the Alexa Enterprise product and business strategy.
- Identify and recruit key partners and build both executive and working-level relationships across technical and business disciplines.
- Lead complex contract negotiations defining key technical, financial, and business commitments.
- Understand the technical and business requirements of our partners and work closely with internal teams to guide the direction of our roadmap.
In this role, you will be the face of hospitality for Alexa Enterprise to our partners and work with Amazon product, engineering, and marketing leaders to define product and business strategy that delivers results for customers and our business.
About the TeamThe Alexa Enterprise Business Development Team operates with individual autonomy and ownership, where business development managers are single-threaded owners of their partnerships.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
This position is based on a total compensation package, which includes a base pay ranging from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $180,000/year, depending on the location.
