Key Responsibilities:

Drive operational excellence by utilizing data-driven analysis and structured experimentation. Ensure process consistency through effective control systems and foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data analysis, teamwork, and systems thinking.

Provide strategic guidance to plant leadership regarding line efficiency, balance, and opportunities for process enhancement through comprehensive data gathering, transformation, analysis, and visualization.

Assist process owners in maintaining compliance with established processes and uphold the document control system for all regulated documents, ensuring proper notification, tracking, and change management.

Collaborate with various departments to establish and report performance metrics against set targets, identify performance gaps, and recommend or implement improvement initiatives.

Employ Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis methodologies to assess both quantitative and qualitative data, delivering actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Champion the utilization and effectiveness of BPLM, Infinity, CTT, and related systems, ensuring accuracy through a validation strategy that identifies and controls critical inputs for optimal process performance.

Support Food Safety Systems in accordance with system requirements and directives from the Quality department.

Contribute to the operation of the plant maintenance system as directed by the Production department.

Facilitate audits and trials through data and process analysis, documenting findings and preparing comprehensive reports.

Conduct training sessions on engineering principles and tools, including process control, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.

Work with plant departments to establish effective communication channels that ensure critical information is shared across all teams and shifts.

Assist in mapping and documenting intricate business processes to bolster process improvement initiatives.

Support the implementation of approved best practices and monitor local impacts.

Qualifications:

Broad educational background in a relevant field, typically acquired through a degree or equivalent work experience in math, science, engineering, or information management.

A minimum of four years of job-related experience.

Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical process control and analysis, including designed experiments.

Ability to manage multiple projects, perform complex tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Proven skills in team building, leadership, coaching, and influencing others, with the ability to effect change without formal authority.

Experience in change leadership, willing to take risks and challenge the status quo in uncertain situations.

Familiarity with business principles, legal practices, customer expectations, statistical process control, and quality assurance practices.

Proficient in MS Office, MINITAB, or similar statistical tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of facilitating discussions and presenting at all organizational levels.

Ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with plant staff.

Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation to work independently.

Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information confidentially.

Commitment to maintaining professional competence, ethical integrity, and continuous knowledge enhancement.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary Range: $80,000 (Salary determined by education, experience, skills, and internal equity).
