Russell Tobin & Associates is in search of experienced Supervising/Senior Civil Engineers. This role is pivotal for those who possess the necessary expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor engineering teams and design professionals.
- Foster collaboration with internal staff, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Engage in client relationship management and development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in crafting scopes of work and project proposals.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Participate in the design and oversight of significant capital projects.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in the design and management of municipal infrastructure initiatives.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Land Desktop or Civil 3D, as well as MS Office and Excel.
Compensation: Salary range is $170,000 - $200,000.
