  • Demonstrate proficiency in crafting scopes of work and project proposals.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Participate in the design and oversight of significant capital projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in the design and management of municipal infrastructure initiatives.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Land Desktop or Civil 3D, as well as MS Office and Excel.

Compensation: Salary range is $170,000 - $200,000.
