Account Executive Director, Ocean Marine Underwriter

### Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex ocean marine accounts to ensure optimal profitability and growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with agents and brokers.
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide expert underwriting guidance and support to ensure accurate risk assessment and pricing.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to underwriting teams to enhance their skills and knowledge in ocean marine underwriting.
### Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant underwriting experience in commercial lines, with a focus on ocean marine.
- Expert-level knowledge of ocean marine products, regulatory environment, and local insurance market.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify underwriting, marketing, or financial challenges and develop effective solutions.
- CPCU designation and excellent communication skills to negotiate with agents and brokers.
