**Requirements:**

* New York Property & Casualty license

* Prior Commercial Lines CSR or Account Manager experience of at least one (1) year

* High School Diploma

* Strong communication skills, including active listening, verbal communication, and written communication

* Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

* Focused, productive, accountable, and great follow-through

* Microsoft Office systems knowledge

* Experience with customer relationship management software preferred
