Key ResponsibilitiesThe Hydronic Solutions Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in executing our business strategy to drive sales of a diverse range of hydronic products and solutions. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and manufacturing representatives, to ensure the effective application of our products.
Key duties include:
- Identifying market opportunities to enhance sales.
- Engaging with the market to develop a comprehensive understanding of hydronic applications.
- Effectively communicating Fulton's hydronic solutions to stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Designing and implementing marketing strategies to boost market share in targeted hydronic sectors.
- Training and supporting staff and representatives to ensure successful application and operation of hydronic systems.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Familiarity with heat pump and chiller application engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of hydronic systems and products.
- Experience with building management systems.
- A degree in engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong competencies in:

- Relationship Building: Skill in developing and maintaining partnerships within and outside the organization.
