Job Description

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Hardware Technician - Deskside Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional desktop support services to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to end-users, including customer service and technical assistance
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 desktops and laptops
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades, and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate IT environment, with a focus on desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A+ and/or N+ certifications a plus
