Compensation:
A base salary for territory sales complemented by commission, with an estimated annual income of $60,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients within the agricultural sector.
Conduct market analysis to grasp the needs and preferences of agricultural customers.

Sales Demonstrations:

Emphasize product features, advantages, and value propositions to prospective clients.

Negotiation and Finalization:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize sales agreements.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Client Relationship Management:
Establish and sustain robust relationships with both existing and new agricultural clients.
Provide continuous support and assistance to address client inquiries and concerns.

Sales Documentation:
Maintain precise records of sales activities, including client interactions and transactions.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and execute sales strategies.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related discipline.

Skills and Expertise:
Required- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in agricultural sales or a comparable role.
Required- In-depth knowledge of agricultural products, practices, regulations, and industry trends.
Required- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required- Results-driven with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Preferred- 5 years of sales experience in agricultural sales or a similar capacity.

Additional Information:
Must hold a valid driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance. This role involves minimal office work, with the majority of tasks performed on the road. Willingness to travel throughout lower Wisconsin and Northern Illinois is essential.
