Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our brand's personality and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality digital content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content that aligns with our brand's tone and style.
  • Visual Branding: Create visually appealing artwork for products, announcements, icons, and logos that reflect our brand's identity and aesthetic.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms, including monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • E-commerce Management: Ensure products are accurately listed on all sales channels with attractive descriptions and high-quality images that showcase our products in the best possible light.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process orders efficiently and manage fulfillment, including tracking stock levels and replenishing products as needed to meet customer demand.
  • TikTok and Shopee Management: Manage our TikTok and Shopee shop accounts, including returns, refunds, and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Live Stream Support: Assist and support our host/streamer during live streams, manage technical aspects, and interact with viewers to create a engaging and interactive experience.
  • Post-Live Stream Tasks: Handle post-live stream tasks, including housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment that supports our team's productivity and success.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient command of the English language, with fluency in Chinese being advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in photo and video editing software and apps such as CapCut and Canva, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes is a bonus.
  • Personal Qualities: Creative, collaborative, and results-oriented self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:30am to 7:00pm
  • Friday: 5:00pm to 1:00am (Transport allowance provided)
  • Schedule Flexibility: Schedule flexibility required to meet the demands of our business and support our team's productivity and success.
