We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process course and programme applications in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Arrange logistics to ensure the successful running of courses and programmes
- Handle course-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Plan and coordinate manpower to facilitate on-site operations
- Update course databases and maintain accurate records
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative work experience
- No experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided
