**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and produce engaging digital content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence, including monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Oversee and manage e-commerce operations, including product listing, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Assist with live streaming events, including technical support and viewer interaction.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
**Requirements:**
- Proficient command of the English language, with fluency in Chinese being advantageous.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software and apps, such as CapCut and Canva.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Thursday: 9:30am to 7:00pm
Friday: 5:00pm to 1:00am (Transport allowance provided)
Schedule flexibility required.
