Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Preschool Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our preschool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enrollment processes, including registration and withdrawal of children, ensuring seamless communication with parents and guardians.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate student records, including personal details, health information, attendance, and other relevant data.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly reports and submissions to relevant government agencies and stakeholders.
  • Manage the preschool's filing system and database management, ensuring efficient and secure data storage.
  • Handle scheduling and coordination for meetings, events, parent-teacher conferences, and school activities.
  • Manage invoicing, fee collection, and other payments, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Issue receipts, track payment status, and follow up on outstanding fees.
  • Handle petty cash disbursements and maintain accurate records of expenses.
  • Manage procurement processes, including submitting purchase orders for supplies, uniforms, and teaching materials.
  • Monitor the upkeep of school facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
  • Preferably, prior experience in an administrative role.
