Area Sales Manager for Customer Care and Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Solaris Solutions. As an Area Sales Manager for Customer Care and Growth, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer retention in northern Germany, specifically in the regions of Kiel, Lübeck, and Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and secure ongoing business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the DACH team to adapt sales strategies and promotional activities in response to market trends and customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales approaches and improve results.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of success in customer retention and expansion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt sales strategies in response to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
