Position Overview:
The Senior Resource Scheduling Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing the allocation of resources for a diverse workforce exceeding 100 employees within a multifaceted organization. This position requires regular collaboration with partners on significant business decisions and is crucial in developing talent by aligning skills with project requirements. The analyst serves as a key contact across all organizational levels, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Scheduling Management:**
- Oversee the scheduling process to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate resource assignments with the leadership team and national scheduling unit.
- Propose project teams by aligning employee availability and skill sets with project demands.

2. **Resource Monitoring:**
- Conduct weekly reviews and follow-ups on unassigned resources.
- Maintain proactive communication with the Partner team regarding scheduling updates.
- Manage time-off requests and monitor team utilization metrics.

3. **Cross-Regional Coordination:**
- Facilitate scheduling across different regions to optimize resource use.
- Collaborate with Partners and Directors to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Prepare presentations for weekly leadership meetings and document key takeaways for scheduling adjustments.

4. **Performance Metrics & Analytics:**
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for the Partner team to inform strategic business decisions.
- Identify evolving analytical needs as business requirements shift.
- Ensure data accuracy within the scheduling system and collaborate with Finance and IT for report automation as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data management.
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to maintain precise reporting in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required, along with a college degree or equivalent (GPA 3.0 or above).
