Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive financial evaluations, including valuation modeling, scenario assessments, and financial projections.
  • Assess potential investment prospects by reviewing market dynamics, financial documents, and industry analyses.
  • Formulate and present comprehensive investment proposals and reports to senior leadership and investment committees.
  • Track and evaluate portfolio performance, offering insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to facilitate the development and execution of investment strategies.
  • Remain informed on market trends, economic shifts, and industry developments to guide investment choices.
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts, providing support and direction in their career growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; CFA certification or MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in investment analysis or a comparable financial position.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and market evaluation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the aptitude to interpret intricate financial data and provide sound recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet).
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
