Position Summary
The organization is in search of a proactive, organized, and highly motivated professional with a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage communications, maintain office supplies, and ensure the workspace is organized and welcoming.
  • Administrative Support: Provide executive-level assistance, manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Public and Investor Relations: Support the Investor Relations team with external communications, assist in preparing presentations, and manage logistics for investor meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling telephone inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and coordinating with vendors for maintenance.
  • Organizing company events and activities.
  • Managing both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinating travel and accommodations for senior team members.
  • Assisting with the preparation of quarterly Board meetings and events.
  • Updating the company website as needed.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English or Business is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in executive support roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in event planning and travel coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A mature, adaptable approach to teamwork and problem-solving.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
