Job Title: Industrial Sales Representative

HYTORC MidSouth is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory business plan, contributing to sales discovery, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive sales growth and meet monthly quotas.
  • Develop clients through product demonstration and delivery, and maintain visibility in the market.
  • Closing sales and overcoming objections, and serving as a key contact to customers.
  • Drive product usage and make recommendations accordingly, and actively participate in scheduled company meetings and conference calls.
Requirements:
  • Highly self-driven with an exceptional work ethic and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Road Warrior with mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand HYTORC tools and products.
  • Successful track record in industrial sales, with the ability to generate business and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quota's, with strong cold calling, networking, and appointment-setting skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to generate accurate quotes, with superior deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to superior customer service.
  • Tenacity, strong sales drive, and a desire to win.
