The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Technical Services division in Denver, CO. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment
- Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and share this knowledge with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients
- Develop and update project schedules
- 3-5+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in K-12 strongly desired
- Experience in school finance and funding mechanisms preferred, with ability to gain meetings with school district executive leadership
- Bond planning experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent business experience required
- Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers required
- Knowledge of financial acumen required
- A deep understanding of the built environment and the challenges faced by our clients
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
- The ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow
