As a Community Operations Leader with Bell, you will oversee and direct all community functions to ensure high-quality services and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve inspiring and guiding community staff to deliver outstanding services to residents and maintain elevated levels of resident satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Motivating team members through recognition initiatives, training, and team-building activities
- Ensuring the team aligns with BAL strategic objectives
- Training staff on effective leasing techniques and resident services
- Maximizing property performance through regular inspections and grounds maintenance
- Conducting tours for visitors and showcasing amenities and apartments (this may involve navigating hills and climbing stairs)

- Performing regular performance evaluations and addressing any employee relations issues
- Maintaining accurate associate records and ensuring high levels of associate satisfaction, as measured by periodic surveys
- Conducting weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance teams
- Developing and managing the community budget, while evaluating unit pricing in line with market and budget goals
- Creating an annual marketing strategy and conducting monthly marketing assessments
- Obtaining bids for contract services and overseeing routine capital projects, coordinating with Construction Services as needed
- Being accountable for 35% of leasing activities
- Ensuring regular attendance and punctuality

What you bring to our team:

- BA/BS in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven supervisory experience
- 3+ years in a property management role preferred
- Strong ability to build, lead, and collaborate within teams
- Excellent marketing skills
- Advanced mathematical abilities and capacity to analyze financial reports
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar software preferred
- Demonstration of Bell Core Values
- Physical requirements include walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
