Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO & CFO will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Sabra, a leading manufacturer of hummus and plant-based dips and spreads. This role will be responsible for handling correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination, as well as providing administrative support in a variety of functions to increase the efficiency of the executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO & CFO, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Review, prioritize, direct, and delegate complex and confidential requests presented to the executive for consideration.
  • Summarize, prioritize, and research information into a concise and usable format for the executive to review.
  • Respond to or route priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive.
  • Create or direct creation of reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials for the executive.
  • Coordinate high-level projects, travel arrangements, and meetings. May plan and schedule work and direct other staff to deliver support.
  • Have a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and business objectives.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and calls.
  • Prepare expense reports and process credit card reconciliation.
  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Schedule and organize senior leadership team meetings.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, collating board packs, and distributing materials to board members. Coordinate logistics for board and committee meetings, ensuring that they run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in C-level office administration
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Positive, independent, self-motivated team player
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong support and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines and business objectives
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Anticipated Starting Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $85k-$115k per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, and location.
